  • 200 gFlour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 50 mlMilk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tspVanilla sugar or cocoa powder as desired

Zubereitung

  1. Preparation:Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection). Line a cake tin with baking paper or grease it lightly.
  2. Prepare the dough:Melt about 120g of cannabis butter and let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, cream together the sugar and eggs, then stir in the melted butter.
  3. Dry ingredients:Mix flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Optionally, add cocoa or vanilla sugar for extra flavor.
  4. Mix the dough:Alternately stir the flour mixture and a little milk into the egg mixture until a smooth batter forms. Do not overmix.
  5. Bake:Pour the batter into the tin and bake for approximately 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick or fork comes out clean when gently inserted.
  6. Allow to cool:Let the space cake cool in the pan for about 30 minutes, then remove it and let it cool completely.
  7. Serve:Divide into 8 pieces and enjoy at room temperature. Start with a small piece and wait at least 1-2 hours before taking more.
