  • 30 gButcher's onion (pureed)
  • 15 gPickled gherkin (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbspParsley (chopped)
  • 1 tspSalt (level)
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • 1 toeGarlic (optional)

Zubereitung

  1. Basic mixture:Briefly whisk together egg yolk, vinegar, mustard and sugar in a tall container.
  2. Emulsify:First drop by drop, then slowly125 ml cannabis cooking oilPour in until a thick mayonnaise is formed.
  3. Seasoning:Stir in ketchup, pureed onion, chopped cucumber, lemon juice, parsley and garlic.
  4. Seasoning:Fine-tune with salt and lemon juice.
