  • 150 gFlour (Type 405)
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1pinch of salt
  • 180 mlMilk
  • 1 egg(Size M)
  • 30 gmelted cannabis butter
  • 100 gfresh or frozen blueberries
  • A little oil or butter for frying
  • Optional: Maple syrup and powdered sugar for serving.

Zubereitung

  1. Mix the dough:Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add milk, egg, and a large portion of the cannabis butter and briefly stir until smooth. The batter should remain slightly thick.
  2. Incorporate blueberries:Gently fold in the blueberries so they don't burst. This will keep the pancakes moist and beautifully marbled in color.
  3. Heat a pan:Heat a coated pan over medium heat and grease it with a little oil or butter.
  4. Bake the pancakes:Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan. Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and small bubbles appear on the surface.
  5. Serve:Arrange the pancakes in stacks on a plate, place a little cannabis butter between each pancake, drizzle with maple syrup and optionally garnish with fresh blueberries and powdered sugar.
