Aromatic and spicy chili oil with cannabis cooking oil – a fusion of Szechuan tradition and modern THC cuisine. Perfect as a seasoning oil for bowls, soups, or pizza, with crunchy sesame and a smooth cannabis finish.

  • 3 tbsphot chili flakes
  • 1 tbspSesame seeds (unhulled)
  • 1 tspSzechuan pepper
  • 70 mlCannabis cooking oil
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • ½ tspdark sesame oil

Zubereitung

  1. Preparation:Place chili flakes and sesame seeds in a heat-resistant cup – be careful, the oil will be very hot!
  2. Flavoring oil:Gently heat Szechuan peppercorns in neutral oil until they begin to brown slightly. Then strain.
  3. Heating up:Reheat the oil until it just starts to smoke (approx. 200 °C). Then carefully pour it over the chili flakes and stir to prevent burning.
  4. Allow to cool:Wait a while until the hissing subsides – thenCannabis cooking oil, stir in dark sesame oil and salt.
  5. Bottling & Storage:Pour into a clean glass jar and seal. Keeps for months in the refrigerator. Be careful not to spill any! ;-)
