    Zubereitung

    1. Preparation & Decarboxylation:

      Roughly crush or grind your cannabis flowers. Place them in a heat-resistant glass jar or ovenproof dish, loosely cover, and heat.30 minutes at 120 °C (fan-assisted cooking)to convert THCA into active THC. Let the flowers cool briefly afterwards.
    2. Extraction in glycerol + lecithin:

      Place the decarboxylated flowers in a small pot or glass in a water bath. Addvegetable glycerinandLecithinadd and heat the mixture to about85 – 90 °CLet themat least 12 hours – better 24 hours –Let it steep for a long time or simmer gently. Stir occasionally to ensure the active ingredients dissolve evenly.
    3. Prepare the syrup base:

      While the extraction is running, heatSugarandWaterSlowly stir in a saucepan until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let the mixtureSimmer gently for 5-10 minutes., until a clear, slightly viscous syrup forms. Make sure that no sugar crystallizes on the side of the pot – if it does, rinse it off with a little water.
    4. Mix:

      Filter the cannabis from the glycerin using a fine sieve or cheesecloth, gently squeezing the plant material to extract the full aroma and active ingredients. Then, stir the clear, greenish cannabis-infused glycerin into the still-hot syrup. Ensure both components blend evenly – the syrup should be homogeneous and a light golden-green color.
    5. Bottling & Storage:

      Pour the still-warm syrup into sterile bottles and seal them airtight. It will keep if stored in a cool, dark place.3-4 weeks, with somethingcitric acidoften significantly longer. Shake well before each use to ensure any deposits are evenly distributed.
