  • 1 tspSalt
  • 2 pcsGarlic cloves (finely grated)
  • 1 bundleChives (finely chopped)
  • 1 bundleflat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)

Zubereitung

  1. Preparation:butter andCannabis ButterRemove from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the garlic:Peel the garlic cloves and grate them on a fine grater. This creates a soft, aromatic garlic puree without any spiciness.
  3. Cut herbs:Wash the parsley and chives, pat dry, and finely chop or slice.
  4. Mix:Add everything, including the salt, to the butter and mix briefly but thoroughly with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Shaping & Cooling:Fill the butter into small molds, rolls or a glass and refrigerate until firm.
