  • 50g Cannabis Butter
  • 200g dark chocolate (over 70% cocoa content)
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml cream
  • 40 g sugar

Zubereitung

  • Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff, whip the cream in a second bowl until stiff, and chill both.
  • Coarsely chop the chocolate. Gently melt the chocolate and butter together in a hot, but not boiling, water bath, stir until smooth, and let cool slightly.
  • Beat the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of hot water until creamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is light and foamy.
  • Stir the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the egg yolk cream until everything is well combined.
  • First, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites in 2-3 portions, then gently fold in the whipped cream (do not use a mixer).
  • Fill the mousse into glasses or bowls, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, briefly temper and garnish with chocolate sprinkles or shavings if desired.
