Edible Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin Powder) is a high-quality, food-grade sunflower lecithin for optimizing edible preparations.
As a natural emulsifier, lecithin improves the bond between fat and active ingredients, ensuring a more even distribution in the final product.
The emulsifier is ideally suited as an extraction booster for all edible bases such as MCT oil, coco oil, glycerin or olive oil.
It can improve the absorption, stability and consistency of edibles – especially gummies, syrups, oils and capsules.
An indispensable addition for more precise dosing and reproducible results.
Application:
During extraction, add 1–2% of the total weight to the respective edible base and stir well.
Combine with activated plant material and extract as usual.
Then filter and process further.
Dosage:
👉 1–2% based on the total amount of infusion base
For example:
- 100 ml oil → 1–2 g of edible emulsifier
- 200 ml syrup → 2-4 g Edible emulsifier
