  • 1 pack of fresh blueberries
  • 250 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 200 g cream cheese (double cream)
  • 100g Cannabis Butter
  • 70 g ground almonds
  • 50g Cannabis Butter
  • 3 tablespoons of icing sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Zubereitung

  1. Prepare the cookie base
    Either finely chop the cookies or place them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Slowly melt the cannabis butter. Thoroughly mix the cookies, ground almonds, and melted cannabis butter until a uniformly moist mixture forms. Then press the mixture into the jar to form a firm base.

  2. Mix the cream
    Stir the quark and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth. Add two tablespoons of powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar, and mix everything into a creamy, homogeneous mixture without incorporating air.

  3. Prepare blueberries
    Place the fresh blueberries in a separate container and purée until smooth. Stir in a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Since the purée will be very runny, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to thicken slightly and make layering easier later.

  4. Layered desserts
    First, fill the glasses with the cream as the bottom layer. Then add a layer of the cooled cookie mixture about the width of a thumb. Next, evenly distribute the chilled blueberry puree among the glasses. Garnish with mint leaves or whole blueberries, if desired, and chill until ready to serve.
