Zubereitung

  1. Prepare the gelatin:
Mix the gelatin with a little water and let it swell for about 10 minutes until it forms a smooth, viscous mass.

  2. To make sugar mass:
Slowly heat the sugar and glucose syrup with about half of the water.
Cook, stirring constantly, to about 120 °C until a clear, slightly viscous mass is formed.
Remove from the heat and let cool briefly.

  3. Stir in the gelatin and oil:
Add the soaked gelatin and the prepared cannabis MCT oil to the hot sugar mixture and stir thoroughly until everything is evenly mixed.
Maintain a temperature of approximately 80 °C to ensure the gelatin remains pliable and the active ingredients remain stable.

  4. Stabilize & Flavor:
Now add some cornstarch, citric acid, and your desired flavoring.
Stir everything until the mixture reaches a homogeneous consistency.

  5. Forms:
Fill into silicone molds using a pipette or a small spoon.
Then refrigerate for at least two hours or let it rest overnight until the gummy bears are firm.

  6. Dry:
Remove the finished gummy bears from the mold and let them dry for a few hours at room temperature.
This makes them firmer to bite and less sticky.
