Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Max Buechse. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods (e.g., product launches or holidays) processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected carrier service. Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2 – 4 business days
  • EU Countries: 4 – 7 business days
  • International: 7 – 14 business days

Delays caused by customs inspections or carrier disruptions are beyond our control but we will assist in tracking your shipment whenever possible.

3. Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped via DHL, Deutsche Post or comparable courier services. A tracking link will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship from Germany to most EU countries and selected international destinations.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries under trade restrictions.
  • Some items containing food, flavorings, or additives may be limited to domestic delivery due to customs regulations.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Packaging & Sustainability

We ship all products in recyclable packaging and avoid plastic whenever possible. Food-grade products are sealed for freshness and hygiene. Please recycle packaging materials responsibly.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@maxbuechse.com. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Digital Products

Digital downloads such as e-books, recipes, or formulations are delivered electronically and incur no shipping fees. You will receive download links immediately after payment confirmation. Access is personal and may not be shared or redistributed.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, we may re-ship it at your expense.
